We have been informed that there will be a planned power outage all day on Thursday 18th January 2024 in the Swallowfield and Riseley area. We are therefore planning to run a telephone triage service on the day for any urgent cases but will be running very few routine services. We request that you only call the practice for urgent care on this day and that any routine queries (routine appointment booking, test results etc) are dealt with on a different day. Our dispensary will also have limited access and therefore medications are likely to be delayed.
We hope to have the telephones working to take any urgent calls but should these be down too then please call 111.
