With the cases of COVID-19 rising again, we would like to draw your attention to the following safety measures we have in place at the surgery to protect both staff and patients:
- Patients booked into an appointment for a respiratory issue will be given a buzzer and asked to wait for their appointment either in their vehicle or just outside the surgery
- If your appointment is not for a respiratory issue but you would still prefer to wait outside then please ask for a buzzer at reception
- Facemasks are available should you wish to wear one
- If you would like the clinician you are seeing to wear a facemask, please kindly ask them and they will be more than happy to do this for you.
- Hand sanitizer is available within the waiting room
