Please note: The majority of our patients will be able to see the doctor and collect their medication all in one visit to the surgery.  Regulations do not allow us to offer this service to patients living within one mile of a chemist's shop (this  mainly affects patients in Spencers Wood and Three Mile Cross). The Practice Map identifies the area that is within one mile of the chemist in Spencers Wood. Collection of medication from locations other than Swallowfield is only possible if we have received the prescription charge due or are satisfied that we know the reason you are exempt from charges.
 Please allow  48 hours (two working days) from submission of your repeat prescription request to collection.
 Orders placed on the weekend will be ready on Wednesday.
IMPORTANT -- Many people can get free prescriptions. You should check whether you are eligible.
People who have to pay for more than 5 prescription items in 4 months, or 14 items in 12 months, could save money by buying a Pre-Payment Certificate (PPC).
