Patient Partner

24hr automated appointment booking (0118 976 9606)

If your appointment is not urgent, you may wish to use our 24hr automated booking service, Patient Partner.  You can use Patient Partner to book appointments, cancel them when necessary or simply use it to check the time and/or date of your appointment.  All you need to use this service is a touch-tone telephone, your contact telephone number and your date of birth.

This service is available even when we are closed, so you can use it at virtually any time of the
day or night, including at weekends

To use Patient Partner, just ring (0118) 976 9606 and follow the simple instructions.

Please note – you must remember to let us know if you change your contact telephone
numbers, home or mobile!

If we suffer a power cut in the area, our computer system will cope with up to 20 minutes
without power. After that it will shut down and this service will not be available until the
computers are restarted. If the power loss happens after closing time (6:30pm) then this service
will not be restarted until 08:00 am next working day.
